WHAT: 22-Days Vegan Challenge

WHO: Jay Z, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Angela Simmons

HOW: Follow a strict plant-based diet that’s full of raw, fiber-rich recipes, bars, and shakes, and free of can’t-pronounce-the-name chemicals. They say it takes 21 days to make or break a habit, so after three weeks of eating this way, day 22 marks a true fresh start. Beyoncé and Jay Z began on the day before his 44th birthday and finished on Christmas Day in December 2013. You can purchase the 22 Days Vegan Challenge Kit for $117 here, or if you want to start slow, buy a box of the bar Beyoncé enjoyed here. Or, Angela Simmons shared that she’s “obsessed with” these bars.

His fresh meals are customizable and can be shipped anywhere in the US and Puerto Rico. You can taste test all of them by trying out the Starter Pack ($175.95), which comes with a breakfast, lunch, and dinner option for a full five days.
