HOW: Reserve tickets online ahead of time, or, show up at the Ed Sullivan Theater at 2 p.m. the day of a show for tickets on a first come, first served basis.
WHAT: Jimmy Kimmel Live

HOW: If you don’t want to end up getting bumped from the show like Matt Damon does every night, sign up for a 1iota account to advance request up to two free tickets here, or, call (866) JIMMY-TIX. You’ll receive an email two weeks ahead of time letting you know if your request is approved. The other option is checking for standby tickets that are occasionally offered ninety minutes before show.
WHAT: Conan

HOW: Free tickets for fans 16 and up are available to be requested here. You can also give standby a go by calling the Conan office between 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the day of the taping at (818) 977-3056. In general, tapings occur Monday through Thursday at 2:30 p.m.

HOW: There’s more than one way to score up to four free tickets to Seth’s show; in fact, there are four:
1. Call (212) 664-3056 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday to book your spot between four and six weeks ahead of time
2. Check the show’s Twitter feed for announcements about last minute openings
3. Stand under the NBC Studios marquee on the 49th Street side of 30 Rockefeller Plaza by 9 a.m. on a show day to try for a standby ticket
4. Go to the NBC Experience Store at 30 Rockefeller Plaza at 1 p.m. on show days to book a seat at Seth’s afternoon monologue rehearsal
WHAT: Saturday Night Live

HOW: It’s one of the toughest tickets in town to get your hands on, but try your hand at the live show or dress rehearsal SNL ticket lottery by sending your contact information to snltickets@nbcuni.com. You can’t request specific dates, but you can get two free tickets if selected. If the lottery doesn’t work out, you might get lucky going for a standby spot at 7 a.m. on a show day at the 49th Street side of 30 Rockefeller Plaza.
WHAT: The Ellen DeGeneres Show

HOW: Check the taping calendar and submit a request here to get tickets ahead of time. If you don’t hear back within two weeks of the date and end up being in the area anyway, call (818) 954-5929 before 12 p.m. PST on the day of a show to see if standby tickets are available.

HOW: How you doin’? Ready to watch Wendy in action, in person? Pick up your free tickets by picking a date on the official taping calendar here. You can also submit this online form to request a specific date and send in your “Ask Wendy” question. Standby tickets are sometimes available if you arrive at the studio no later than 8:30 a.m. day of. Shows tape live at 11 a.m. Monday through Thursday, with a second 1:30 p.m. taping on Thursdays.

HOW: Make an appointment for a Dr. Oz taping by clicking a date on this calendar and submitting the requested information. Tapings take place Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. You can try to get a standby ticket by checking in with a show staffer at 320 W. 66th Street at 8:40 a.m. or 1:40 p.m. on taping days.
