Jessica Lowndes celebrated her 26th birthday in November 2014 at Commander’s Palace, a famous New Orleans restaurant (known for serving 25-cent martinis)! During the dinner, she and her friends donned a chef’s hat and traditional Mardi Gras masks and beads. Jessica revealed they ordered “every item on the dessert menu . . . including the banana foster,” which made for the “Best Birthday dinner ever!”
