Jackson expressed his disapproval in August 2018 of the racially-charged name and logo for Forte dei Marmi, Italy’s Caffè Sambo 1968, saying, “As many times as I’ve been to this town, I never noticed this place! Naaaaaaash, it’s got to be new or maybe I’m just Not as observant as I think. Anyhow…. thinking about it is too much energy to be Nothing so….”

Samuel L. Jackson returned in July 2016 and said he was “Rolling into one of my favorite spots to stretch our sea legs.”
