University of Arizona Klass of 2002 alum Kourtney Kardashian took a trip down memory lane — or rather, University Boulevard — when she and Scott Disick traveled to Tucson, Arizona in December 2013 while filming an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. These are a few of the mom of two’s go-to party places when she was a Kollege Ko-ed that are still popular with the student population today:
The eldest Kardashian sister posted on social media about the bar and grill she used to socialize at, saying, “Good old Gentle Ben’s . . . my college bar! #uofa”
Kourtney and Scott kicked back in a booth at this English pub where she used to order its famous melted cheddar and jalapeño-topped “yellow fries” when she was a Wildcat earning her Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts with a minor in Spanish.
Kourtney did take a tour of the University of Arizona’s Tucson campus during her visit, but she and Scott ditched dorm living for a stay at this nearby resort. Sans kids, they upped the ante on their quality time together by taking part in two of Miraval’s outdoor adventure and challenge activities. The “Quantum Leap II” ($35 for 2 hours) had Kourt and the Lord communicate and cooperate to complete a leap off a 25-foot pole. Later, they opened up in a “Talking Circle” led by the resort’s own Native American healer and musician, Tony Redhouse. The person in possession of the special Eagle feather is the only one allowed to speak, while the rest listen respectfully. If you don’t have plans to make it out to this desert oasis, you can still enjoy its healing spirit by listening to Tony’s meditation CDs, available to order here.
